Causal analysis using longitudinal observational data

Applying frameworks such as target trial emulation and mediation analysis to study disease risk and prevention.

I created a TTE-Agent which supports high-level planning and reasoning for causal analyses of longitudinal observational data using target trial emulation (TTE).

Data-driven strategies for personal health improvement

Using health checkup and lifestyle data to support individualized prevention and risk management.

Predictive phenotypes for metabolic health and diabetes risk

Identifying interpretable risk patterns that connect machine learning predictions with clinical and biological meaning.
